Rana Brar
President & CEO
Rana oversees PECL’s construction, development and operational activities. With more than 20 years of experience, he has delivered residential, commercial and affordable
housing projects from early planning through occupancy.
As President and CEO, Rana guides the company’s strategic direction, financial
performance and long-term growth. He has extensive experience working with non-profit
housing providers, Indigenous communities and development partners to align funding,
approvals, construction requirements and community priorities.
Goldy Brar
Founder & Managing Principal
Goldy is a co-founder of Peace Enterprises Construction, providing strategic oversight
across the company’s development, construction and investment activities. With more than 25 years of experience, he has been involved in residential, commercial, hospitality
and mixed-use projects of varying scale.
As Managing Principal, Goldy guides the company’s long-term direction and major
financial, partnership and project decisions. He brings an ownership-focused perspective
that helps align development objectives, financial performance, risk management and
community priorities from initial concept through completion.
Myron Dirks
Executive Vice President
Myron leads PECL’s development strategy, project planning and delivery. A partner in the
firm and key contributor since 2012, he brings more than 20 years of industry experience
and has contributed to projects representing $750+ million in development and construction value.
His expertise spans feasibility analysis, acquisition due diligence, municipal approvals,
financial modelling, budgeting, consultant coordination, construction oversight and risk
management. Across multifamily, affordable and supportive housing, commercial and
land-development projects, Myron provides practical executive oversight focused on
project viability, disciplined delivery and long-term value.
